Return and Refund Policy

At Verdant Market Lane, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in the same condition as when they were received may not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at gavinware.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Confirmation: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Returns Process

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Since we only offer COD, returns must be shipped back at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • We are unable to exchange the product due to stock unavailability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are issued via store  (to be used for future purchases) or a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product. Cash refunds are not available.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products that were purchased during promotional sales or clearance.
  • Perishable goods or products that could deteriorate after opening.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, packaging, and any defects. We will either replace the product or offer a store , depending on availability.
